Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Dear Valued Customers,

We are here to serve you during this COVID-19 pandemic. In guidance with public health organizations, Department of Homeland Security, and local government orders, the below policies will be in place.

We are remaining open
We are considered essential business under many categories including emergency communications, security maintenance, technology support, and data centers supporting organizations that need us most.

Emergency support remains
If in case you need emergency mission critical support, call us 24/7 at (314) 993-7070. We are setting priorities for service calls as follows:

  1. Public Safety and Health
  2. Critical supply chain
  3. Infrastructure
  4. Other necessary calls

Please clean the equipment we need to service with min 70% disinfecting ethanol solution prior to our arrival. When on site, please allow our technician(s) to maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet from other people.

We have ample resources for communications and security
We have plenty of radios stocked for simple rentals of local or wide-area communications. Radios are the perfect tool for communication with social distancing measures. We have call boxes for curbside pick-up. If you are forced to close, we have video surveillance systems to keep a close eye on your facilities.

We know your business model is rapidly changing
Please consult with us. We can help you to reconfigure your existing equipment to help meet these needs.

Restricted access to our offices
Only key staff will be admitted entry. Customers and vendors will be requested to call or email. If it is critical to make a visit, we will make arrangements.

We are keeping our staff safe
All equipment is disinfected before it comes in the door. Any technicians on-site are instructed to social distance and disinfect any surfaces before work takes place. All staff that can perform their duties from home are working from home. The rest of the staff is requested to social distance.
