Jeff is responsible for setting the company’s technical direction, pursuing technical innovation, and ensuring high-quality standards and service excellence.
In his role he assesses market needs, evaluates new technologies, and determines which additional equipment and systems Warner Communications will add to its growing portfolio of two-way communication and security technology solutions.
Jeff also develops standard operating procedures and documented processes for equipment installation, programming, and repairs that can be effectively replicated across all Warner Communications locations in Missouri and Illinois.
Additionally, he is responsible for hiring and training the company’s growing technical services team members in St. Louis, Benton (MO), Sparta, and Trenton (IL).
Jeff started working for Warner Communications as a radio technician in 2001 after a successful career in the United States Air Force as a ground radio communications specialist. Throughout his tenure with the company Jeff earned many promotions and significantly improved the quality, response time, and efficiency of the service department—doubling its size to accommodate growing demand for the company’s technical services.
Jeff attended Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) where he earned an associate’s degree in art and photography, and he graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) with a bachelor’s degree in photography.
Jeff is also an accomplished musician with a talent for guitar.
