Warner Communications Corporation is actively hiring experienced telesales-telemarketing professionals in Trenton, Illinois to educate buyers, generate interest and sell two way radio communication systems, equipment and service.  Telesales-telemarketing representatives are responsible for contacting prospects and customers to promote new equipment and services.


Warner Communications is looking for friendly, career-oriented business professionals who are motivated, well spoken, polished and organized. Qualified candidates must have prior professional experience in telesales and/or telemarketing business products and services (preferably commercial telecommunications or technology equipment and service).


  • Learn and demonstrate knowledge about Warner’s two-way radio communication systems, equipment and service
  • Work with sales team to build call lists of target prospects and current/past customers
  • Call prospects and current/past customers to educate and generate interest in Warner’s newest two-way radio systems, equipment and services
  • Follow up with interested buyers to set up equipment demos and trials
  • Maintain communication and respond to questions, concerns and requests from interested buyers
  • Actively use and update Warner’s CRM system (customer relationship management) to document and track calls and interactions with interested buyers
  • Work with sales and service teams to schedule demos, trials and equipment delivery
  • Assist sales team in preparing price quotes, contracts, presentations and proposals


  • Some level of college is preferred but a high school degree with workplace experience will be considered
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience selling business products/services to business buyers
  • Experience with cold calling, customer service, qualifying sales leads and scheduling sales demos/follow up meetings
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with good organizational skills
  • Professional, friendly phone personality
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Proficient computer user: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), email, social media, Internet, etc.
  • Aptitude and interest in technology/telecommunications
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional references
