Jeff Hill was recently promoted to Vice President and added to Warner Communications’ executive leadership team and Board of Directors. Hill started working at Warner in 2001 as a service technician and was promoted to Technical Service Department Manager and then Technical Service Department Director. Through his tenure with the company, he has significantly improved the quality, response time and efficiency of the service department, doubling its size to accommodate growing demand for Warner’s technical services.
In his new role as Vice President, Hill is responsible for the controlled growth, quality systems and scalability of Warner Communications’ technical services. He is tasked with developing standard operating procedures and documenting processes that can be replicated across all of Warner’s locations throughout Missouri and Illinois. He is also responsible for hiring and training Warner’s technical services staff members. In addition, Hill spearheads Warner’s new technology assessments and deployments. In this capacity, he assesses market demand, evaluates new technologies and determines which additional equipment and systems Warner will add to its growing portfolio of two way radio communication and security technology solutions.
